Perfectly located near the ocean in Struisbaai…
32 on Blouvin is situated in Struisbaai, only 1km from the harbour. Ideal for families looking to get away from it all for much need vitamin sea. The open plan layout of this property lends itself to relaxed living, sleeping 6 people in 3 rooms ( 1 x King, 1 x Queen, & 1 x Double ) with 2 en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and bath and 1 with shower only and a separate bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. An indoor and outdoor braai with all equipment (grill, potjie, tongs, etc.) is provided as well as all kitchen amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and ice machine for your convenience.
All linens provided. Please bring own bath and swim towels. Enjoy the tranquil views from the spacious deck with its outside braai, a large table and plenty of seating and umbrellas. If Struisbaai weather keeps you indoors, we have a smart TV with Netflix and DSTV as well as uncapped WIFI. The property is fully enclosed
Whether you enjoy fishing, taking the kids to the beach or just unwinding, 32 on Blouvin is ideally located close to the shops, restaurants, and beaches. Children are most welcome, but your furry friends will have to miss out on this holiday!

Full payment is due within 48hours of making a reservation to confirm the booking. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being released without further correspondence and will be available to book online. Only an email confirming your reservation from management acts as a confirmation thereof.

Rules AND POLICIES
Extra Information
- The sound levels of music/sound equipment must always be kept at a reasonable level – not be a nuisance to neighbours.
- Bookings during long weekends with public holidays on Monday and or Friday must have a minimum stay of three nights.
- The house is to be vacated by 09h00 on day of departure except Sundays when there is no time for departure. Failing to do so may lead to your account being charged an extra day’s cost.
- The number of people is restricted to the number of beds per unit. (If management suspects that the above rule is being transgressed, they reserve the right to carry and inspection of the unit anytime during the day or night)
- All rubbish (in black bags) is to be placed outside the gate upon departure
- Persons making use of 32 on Blouvin shall do so at their own risk and the company will not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or injury that they may suffer during their stay.
Cancellations:
You will forfeit 100% of your payment if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival
You will forfeit 50% of your payment if cancelled 21 days before arrival
You will forfeit 25% of your payment if cancelled 30 days before arrival

Fishing
Struisbaai harbour wall is an interesting angling spot as it offers such a wide variety of fish species to target. It is a place where toddlers get their first feel for a rod and reel.
Agulhas Lighthouse & Museum
The Cape Agulhas Lighthouse Museum was opened in 1994 and is the only one of its kind that is found in Africa. The museum is a wonderful historical source of not only the lighthouse but also of the old fish traps that were used hundreds of years ago by the indigenous Khoisan people, these traps are made out of stone!
